Each customer may have many and different systems and huge volumes of data to be driven through them. SAP System Integration projects involve at least three parties: Sydea on SAP side, the customer and the integrated software partner. The integration project is divided into six main phases: Scope of Work (SOW), Design, Implementation, Testing & Training, Live & Closure. When the integration is completed, customers save time, reduce costs and increase productivity by preventing unnecessary double effort by doing activites in separate systems.Sydea has an internal AMS team made up of consultants and developers – working almost remotely – who take charge of requests by a troble ticket management tool; each ticket is analysed and routed to the competence unit in order to be resolved within the service level agreements (SLA).
