AMS is the IT service created for companies who need to delegate ordinary maintenance activities in order to set the focus on the high-priority activities and projects.
Sydea has an internal AMS team made up of consultants and developers – working almost remotely – who take charge of requests by a troble ticket management tool; each ticket is analysed and routed to the competence unit in order to be resolved within the service level agreements (SLA).
